William
H. Schnieders
Principal

Bill
is the founder of SCM, along with his son Jim. He has
spent forty years in the investment industry; as a broker,
analyst,and a portfolio manager. He
is a graduate of Loyola High School, and later graduated
from UC Berkeley, where he majored in finance. He received
his MBA from New York University's graduate school at
night, after two years of service in the military.
Bill began his investment career with Dean Witter in New
York, and later became a partner with BWA Associates in
Los Angeles. After BWA was purchased in the early 70's,
Bill joined Smith Barney as Vice President of their portfolio
advisory group. During this time, Bill was also involved
as an adjunct professor of finance at the Pepperdine graduate
school of business administration. In 1984, Bill joined
Paine Webber as a Senior Vice President, Investments,
and a Senior Portfolio manager for their portfolio management
group, where he has been employed until the founding of
SCM.
James
F. Schnieders, CFA
Principal

Prior to helping found SCM,
Jim worked at William O'Neil + Co Inc. for nine years.
William O'Neil is a highly regarded institutional investment
firm and owners of one of the world's largest equity research
databases. While at O'Neil, Jim specialized in providing
investment research, ideas, and advice to some of the
top financial institutions in the United States and Asia.
Jim graduated with honors from UCLA and has also earned
a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation. Jim is
a member of the Association for Investment Management
and Research (AIMR) as well as a member of the Los Angeles
Society of Financial Analysts.

John Schnieders CFA, CFP,
joined Schnieders Capital Management in a principal capacity
in 7/1/06. John will be helping Bill and Jim manage your
portfolio's going forward. John is familiar with SCM's
overall structure and services as he has been an advisor
to the firm as a William O'Neil representative since SCM's
founding. Before joining Schnieders Capital Management,
John worked for 12 years at William O'Neil & Company,
which is an institutional investment advisor, as well
as the parent company of the Investors Business Daily
newspaper. While At William O'Neil & Company, John
worked for over two years as an analyst directly with
the company's founder Bill O'Neil, and for eight years
advising institutional clients in the United States and
Canada on the composition and allocation of investment
portfolios. John holds a CFA or Chartered Financial Analyst
designation. Furthermore, John is also CFP® or Certified
Financial Planner and looks forward to helping SCM clients
in their personal financial areas. John completed his
undergraduate course work at UCLA where he earned Magna
Cum Laude honors.
Donovan T. Garcia

Prior to working with Schnieders Capital Management, Donovan Garcia was
partner and portfolio manager for CapitalWorks Investment Partners in San
Diego. CapitalWorks products included a Long/Short hedge fund strategy and
Small/Mid Cap growth fund both managed by the partners. The firm launched
in 1998 with $17 million in client assets which we grew to $1.2 billion by
2000.
Before CapitalWorks, from 1995 to 1998, Donovan was an analyst for the
William O'Neil & Company where he selected and analyzed stocks directly for
the firms' founder for the firm account. Part of a select team he used
both fundamental and technical analysis to help manage the firm's premier
institutional "buy" list. He developed a quantitative system for stock
selection which optimized and analyzed the firm's proprietary database.
Growth variables for the model were derived from exhaustive historical
studies as well as insights from the nations leading money managers.
While in the US Air Force from 1985 to 1992, directed control of Strategic
Air Command's underground Nuclear communication systems, tested and
developed pre-internet email and LAN components, worked in the jungles of
Honduras as an advisor to the government during Iran/Contra ordeal and
completed his career aboard the most technologically advanced version of Air
Force One during the George Bush Sr. administration.
Donovan earned his BS in Engineering Sciences from the United States Air
Force Academy and his MBA from the University of Nebraska. Donovan has
been in the investment industry since 1993.
Wanda
Bautista

Most
of our existing clients will know Wanda for her always
upbeat attitude and cheerful disposition. Wanda is highly
organized and does a great job of handling many different
tasks, including day to day client requests. For the past
five years, Wanda has worked as Bill's executive assistant
at UBS Paine Webber. Prior to working at UBS Paine Webber,
Wanda worked in the administrative office at Pacific Alliance
Hospital.
Sue
Speed

Sue
Speed joined Schnieders Capital Management in September
2002. Sue is a highly-skilled professional, proficient
in most computer software programs, who opens new accounts,
updates cost basis, and assists in client services. She
brings much administrative experience to Schnieders Capital
Management. Sue worked at UBS Paine Webber as a Client
Service Associate from May 2000 to September 2002.
Barbara
Harrison

Barbie's experience and knowledge will make a strong contribution
to the SCM team. Barbie graduated from UCLA and has worked
at UBS Paine Webber as a broker since 1994. During this
time she earned a series 7 (securities) and series 65
(investment advisory) licenses. In addition, Barbie also
brings experience from the pharmaceutical industry with
her from her prior work experience with Bristol Myers
Squibb.
