As the global effect of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are committed to serving our clients as well as considering the safety of our staff. We are currently working from home to serve you while doing our part to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We currently have the phones forwarded to one of our staff and will take messages in order that we may return your call as soon as possible. We also ask that instead of faxing any documents to our office, that you scan and email the documents to us.Please call our office if you need assistance.

Please also be aware that the employees of Pershing and Charles Schwab are also working from home during this time. As a result, they are making a few changes to processes and associated timelines for check deposits and disbursements, physical securities processing, and other mail delivery. Please see notification from Pershing below for important changes:



Pershing Check Deposits The best ways to deposit checks quickly and efficiently is to leverage mobile check deposit (now available to all clients), direct deposit and automated clearing house (ACH) in lieu of physical checks. To help ease client deposits, we have increased the limit to $750,000 for a client to deposit a check on the NetXInvestor® mobile app. previously, this limit was $250,000. We will be unable to accommodate requests to deposit non-USD checks. Please send your payment in via wire transfer. However, if you need to mail physical checks to us for deposit, please route them as follows: Retail Deposit Lockbox (Non-Retirement Accounts) Via U.S. Mail Client checks can be sent via regular U.S. mail for deposit into a retail brokerage account. Charles Schwab notification: Starting Friday, March 20, Schwab has temporarily closed public access and walk-in traffic to all U.S. branches. Clients who use Schwab branches will still be able to access account information and complete transactions using Schwab Alliance. They can also download the Schwab mobile app and use it to deposit checks remotely. If they have questions regarding their account, they can contact their dedicated Alliance support team at 800-515-2157. Schwab will be closely monitoring local, state and federal government recommendations to determine when branches can resume normal operations. We appreciate your patience during this time.
